Step 1 is to prepare the information you’ll need for your quote. You’ll need to gather details regarding your artwork, such as how many colours are going to be printed and how big you’d like the artwork printed at. You’ll want to research and decide on a shirt or two you’d like to use or consider using, we can always quote you on multiple shirt options so you can decide what works best for your budget. After you have some of these details decided upon, you can request a quote.
2. Build and Submit
Step 2 is to build and submit your quote. You can use the online Instant Quote system to quote your work, or your can email us all the information to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this part of the process, we’ll gather information such as what shirt you want to use for your project, the artwork details, the quantity and your deadline. All of this lets us put together an accurate quote as quickly as possible for you.
3. Confirm Quote
Step 3 in the process is to confirm your quote. We’ll put together a quote and we’ll email it to you so you have record of your quote and the details of it. Feel free to ask us any questions about the quote as you’d like, we know there is some “screen-print speak” in there. There are hundreds of products to choose from so we want to find the perfect one for your project.
4. Finalize Art and Pay 50%
Step 4 is to finalize your artwork and get 50% payment. Once the quote is confirmed, you’ve agreed to our Terms & Conditions and you’re ready to begin your order, we’ll get a 50% payment (unless otherwise agreed upon). We’ll then also produce a mockup of your design on your product so you can approve before we print. No orders will be printed without a confirmed mockup.
5. Approve Mockup
Step 5 is approving your mockup. We won’t print without an approved mockup. This assures we’re both on the same page about what is being printed and what is expected. A quick approval assures your project stays on schedule.
Step 6 is print. After payment and mockup approval, our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. This varies based on our current work load, but we’ll always let you know an expected turnaround as you place your order. If you have a deadline, we’ll work hard to hit it!
7. Pay and Ship
Step 7 is paying the balance and shipping. Once we print your shirts, we’ll finalize the invoice based on the actual quantity to be shipped and charge the remaining balance. Orders must be paid for in order to ship.
Step 8 is to be thrilled. You’ll receive your shirts and now it’s time for the real fun to being. The entire order process with us will be an enjoyable experience, but we know there’s nothing like distributing your shirts to happy faces.
9. Customer For Life
Step 9 is to repeat. We’re confident you’ll be back for another order and look forward to working with you again in the future. We view our relationship as a very long term one, one which we’ll work hard to keep strong.
